How do I know I need admin support?

If you find yourself overwhelmed by emails, missing important messages, or spending too much time on administrative tasks instead of focusing on your business, then admin support could greatly benefit you. Our services are designed to streamline your operations, improve productivity, and reduce stress, allowing you to dedicate more time to strategic growth and client engagement.

How does it work?

We understand that bringing someone into your business can be daunting, so our process is designed to ensure a seamless and comfortable transition.

Discovery Call: We’ll start with a discovery call to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. This call is all about understanding your needs and seeing how we can best support you. I always suggest writing down a few of your current pain points, but don’t worry I have a bunch of questions to start us off. 

Proposal: After our call, if we’re both excited to work together, I’ll create a bespoke proposal tailored to your specific needs. The proposal will include a contract and invoice for your review and approval. Once completed, you’ll receive a link to a questionnaire to provide more detailed information and another link to schedule our kick-off call.

Kick-off Call: During this call, we’ll dive into the finer details of our collaboration. You’ll need to provide secure access to the necessary tools and accounts, and we’ll outline how our partnership will work moving forward. Who decides how many hours?

You have complete control over how many hours you want to allocate for our services. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and help you determine the optimal amount of time required to achieve your goals. We offer flexible plans that can be adjusted based on your changing requirements, ensuring you only pay for the support you need.

I've never used admin support before, will it be easy?

Absolutely! Our goal is to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. it can be hard to let go of something you started, a business or an idea, you’ve worked hard to build into what it is today. But rest assured, my goal is to make your life easier, not harder. I am committed to maintaining open lines of communication and working collaboratively to ensure our partnership is beneficial for both of us. You’ll find that with our support, you’ll have more time to focus on what you love while we handle the rest.

When are you available?

I work flexibly to meet both my client and mothering responsibilities but you can usually catch me working Mon – Fri 9am to 3pm. 

What if I need support outside of regular business hours?

We understand that business needs can arise at any time. While we offer flexible support options to accommodate your schedule, we can discuss your specific requirements during our consultation to ensure we meet your needs. Our goal is to provide you with reliable and timely support, whilst promoting a work-life balance for both you and me!

How do you ensure the confidentiality and security of my information?

We take your data security very seriously. Our security protocols include business documentation, policies, multifactor authentication, password managers, and more. We support the use of individual user IDs and can assist in developing virtual security systems tailored to your business needs.
